The first floor, accessed via external staircase, has another living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Annexe
Arranged on the ground floor, there are 2 separate double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, each accessed from the patio area with a pergola and small garden.
Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 electric ovens, induction hobs, microwave, toasters, kettles, espresso machines, coffee percolators, 3 fridge/freezers, ice maker, mixer, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, iron, safe, hairdryers in each room, highchairs and barbecue.
Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are cleaned midweek (4 hours or 6 hours with annex).

Calatabiano is situated on the stunning north east coast of the island between the Ionian Sea, Mount Etna and Taormina. Calatabiano has its own Arab-Norman castle and is an ideal base to explore the east coast of Sicily. It is 3.5km from the coast/beach, 11km from the cosmopolitan and historic town of Taormina and 7km from the holiday resort of Giardini Naxos.
The historic town of Acireale famous for its churches, cathedral, art and paintings is 25km. Rifugio Sapienza to access Mount Etna is 38km and it is 14km to Alcantara River Park with national parkland, rushing river, waterfalls, gorges, volcanic rocks and small beach areas.
In the shadow of Mount Etna, the town of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia is just 2.5km away, situated along a river and largely rural and agricultural, with citrus fruit, flowers and plants being important to the economy, along with tourism. The seaside at Marina di Cottone is just 3km away with long and wide stretches of sandy beach and clear, turquoise sea.
