The villa has modern décor and furnishings and offers air conditioning, WiFi, smart satellite TV, hairdryer, highchair and cot.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with high chairs, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, espresso machine, coffee percolator, kettle, microwave, mixer, toaster, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and iron.
Sliding doors lead out to shaded terrace with table, chairs, sofa and armchairs to relax and enjoy the view over the countryside to the sea.
The infinity style swimming pool (10m x 4.00m, depth 1.50m) has easy entry steps is surrounded by lawn with sun loungers.

The convenient position of La Dolce Vita makes it easy to reach the town and harbour of Castellammare del Golfo (5km), the beach at Guidaloca (6km), the small village of Scopello (9.5km) and the Zingaro nature reserve (11.5km) .
It is also possible to visit some renowned Sicilian landmarks such as the hilltop town of Erice (36km), Trapani (36km), Marsala (66km) and the temples of Segesta (18km) and Selinunte (67km).
There is a delicatessen 2km from the villa, restaurant 2km, shops, banks, restaurants in Castellammare del Golfo 5km, along with a weekly market on Saturdays, and large supermarket is 15km away.
There is tennis, horse riding, Scuba diving and boat trips also available in Castellammare del Golfo.
Castellammare del Golfo is a charming coastal town encircled by mountains in north west Sicily between Trapani and Palermo. It is known primarily for its harbour which, during the summer period, comes to life with a variety of bars and restaurants on the water’s edge.
The surrounding area of natural beauty has several towns rich in history and culture including Erice, Trapani, Palermo, Monreale and Segesta Archaeological Site boasts some great examples of ancient Greek architecture.
Boat trips are available to visit the Egadi Islands and Ustica and the coastline to San Vito lo Capo via Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve that encompasses 7km of rocks, caves, beaches and hiking trails.
