Situated on the stunning north east coast of the Sicily between the Ionian Sea, Mount Etna and Taormina, this luxury, contemporary 7 bedroom villa is surrounded by an immaculate garden with lawn, spacious sun terraces and a large swimming pool.

The Villa Accommodation

This contemporary villa consists of the main villa and an annexe. Set on two levels, the main villa features bright interiors with large glass doors opening onto the garden and pool.

Main Villa
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with lounge, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, laundry, 1 double bedroom with jacuzzi and en suite shower room, 2 double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms plus a wellness area with sauna, shower and treadmill.
The first floor, accessed via external staircase, has another living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Annexe
Arranged on the ground floor, there are 2 separate double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, each accessed from the patio area with a pergola and small garden.

Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 electric ovens, induction hobs, microwave, toasters, kettles, espresso machines, coffee percolators, 3 fridge/freezers, ice maker, mixer, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, iron, safe, hairdryers in each room, highchairs and barbecue.

Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are cleaned midweek (4 hours or 6 hours with annex).

Please note: The villa can be sold excluding the annexe as 5 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms + 1 cloakroom (sleeping 10).

The villa is in a fantastic location between the beach and Mount Etna national park and just 11km from Taormina which is well worth a visit during your stay.

Car hire is essential for supplies and exploring the local area.
