Huw's View

Eremo della Giubiliana is a great choice for those with an interest in historic art and architecture. This original fortress and monastery has been family owned since the 18 th century who have converted it into a boutique style hotel.

It is immersed in rural Sicily, similar to England’s rolling hills with dry stone walls yet, being further south than Tunisia, has an amazing warm all year round climate.

The suites are highly recommended with beautiful original features and the restaurant creates typical Sicilian dishes using produce grown on the surrounding estate, accompanied by local wines.

It will suit couples or small groups wishing to explore this part of the island, being surrounded by towns of great historic and cultural interest, yet unwind in a tranquil, luxurious environment.
