Opened in 2022, Adler Spa Resort Sicilia is a luxury clifftop spa resort close to the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve near Siculiana on the picturesque south coast of Sicily.
The designer building with nature-inspired décor offers spacious suites arranged around the lawned grounds, some nearer the restaurant, others nearer the spa, all with private terraces to soak up the panoramic sea views.
The spectacular complimentary Wellness centre offers an array of pools and spa facilities and includes an extensive programme of activities including yoga and fitness sessions, guided hiking and e-biking tours, beach walks at dawn and sunset.
The very elegant restaurant serves Sicilian specialities using locally grown produce and wines from the Adler vineyard in Tuscany.

Adler Resort Sicilia has been built according to the principles of sustainable architecture with several single-storey buildings perfectly integrated into nature with minimal impact on the surrounding landscape.
The Junior Suites and Family Suites are spacious and bright, built and furnished with natural materials such as wood, Terracruda and nature-inspired decor giving a restful atmosphere. Each room has a large shower room and large sliding window with panoramic terrace with views to the sea. They are all equipped with tea and coffee making set, minibar, WiFi, digital TV and air conditioning. The Family Suites sleep up to 4 people (children from 4yrs) in 2 separate bedrooms each with a shower room.

Farm-to-table cuisine is the Adler philosophy and the fruits, vegetables and herbs served at The Sea View Restaurant and Osteria grow in the resort grounds among the stone-clad buildings. Locally caught seafood is served at dinner and the meat and other produce all come from local farms to provide an authentic Sicilian dining experience.

The Sea View Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and fine dining in the evening in elegant surroundings with a view of the sea. Greet the new morning with a glass of freshly squeezed Sicilian orange juice, pastries straight from the oven and succulent fruits picked from the trees. As the red sun slowly dips beyond the horizon, enjoy a gourmet à la carte dinner with delectable fish and Sicilian specialities and light Mediterranean dishes accompanied by a fine selection of wines, including wines from the Sanoner biodynamic wine-growing estate in Tuscany.
The Osteria Restaurant is open for lunch (extra cost) for a fresh, colourful salad after a morning swim or a traditional Italian pizza before an afternoon exploring the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve. From the appetisers buffet to pasta dishes, the Osteria offers a full range of Mediterranean flavours with light, refreshing dishes to satisfy every palate.
The Sunset Bar with wide panoramic terrace open all day with coffee, fresh juices, wine, exclusive liqueurs and cocktail service.
The Wellness & Spa centre (approx. 3200m²) indoor and extensive outdoor areas includes heated indoor and outdoor sun pool (33°C - 35°C), outdoor freshwater pool, outdoor 25m sports pool heated (24°C) and Thalasso hot tub with panoramic view.
A wide range of complimentary fitness programmes are offered in the fitness centre with Technogym equipment, along with daily complimentary courses and private coaching sessions including yoga and meditation sessions outdoors in the Mediterranean garden or in the dedicated indoor area. Private Yoga and fitness sessions with qualified personal trainers are available on reservation (extra cost).
The beach, approx. 300 m from the hotel, is at the foot of the hillside where the hotel is located. The beach can be reached by the Adler electric club car shuttle service, or it is 10 minute walk through a pine forest leading to the natural long sandy beach.
The Adler Spa Resort Sicilia offers an extensive complimentary programme of activities including guided hiking and e-biking tours, e-bike rental (including helmets and backpacks) all year round, beach walks at dawn and sunset. There are also guided tours to local producers with gourmet tastings as well as cultural excursions discovering the territory (extra cost). Other outdoor activities available locally include kayaking, canoeing and SUP, golf (25 km away) and horse riding (all extra cost).
The AKI Kids Club is open every day for children from the age of 4yrs. The activities include sports, art, indoor and outdoor programmes and a lot of fun! Babysitting is available (on request, extra cost). Children under 4 years are allowed if accompanied by a parent.
The complimentary Wellness & Spa centre, inspired by the sea landscape, includes heated indoor and outdoor sun pool (33°C - 35°C), Thalasso hot tub with panoramic view, steam bath, Bio sauna, Finnish sauna, Mediterranean garden with yoga platform, 3 panoramic relaxation areas and equipped fitness gym.
There is a wide range of spa treatments (extra cost) such as Thalassotherapy, volcanic applications, body and facial massages. The Adler beauty products contain active ingredients from Sicily such as sea salt, orange extract, essential oils and flowers for skin care. The 13 spa cabins have sea view and are located next to the panoramic relaxation area and the 3 saunas. There is also a hair salon (extra cost).
Honeymoon couples will receive a bottle of Aetos Sparkling Rosé Brut Biologico Millesimato in their room upon arrival, special honeymoon turndown and a voucher worth €40 per person for a spa treatment of your choice.
The resort borders the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve on the south coast of Sicily, one of the famous protected areas on the island. Adler Resort stands 300m from the sea on a hill 80m above sea level in a panoramic spot with direct access to a natural sandy beach. The resort enjoys a spectacular position with a fragrant pine grove and ribbon of golden sand separating it from the crystalline sea. Explore the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve with a kaleidoscopic canvas of white cliffs and golden dunes, Mediterranean macchia and local wildlife including tortoises, green lizards and multicoloured butterflies. Torre Salsa owes its name to the Torre (ancient watch tower) standing on top of a terraced promontory criss-crossed by walking paths that lead down to the sea.
The nearest town is Montallegro (6km) with a selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias. Ribera (25km) is known for its oranges and has a market on Thursdays. Bovo Marina (5km) has a lovely sandy beach where it is possible to hire sunbeds and there are a couple of beach cafés/restaurants. Eraclea Minoa (11m) also has a sandy beach with clear blue sea between white cliffs and a pine forest and it is also known for its ancient Phoenician settlement with sandstone theatre and Roman villa with mosaic relics. Further south are the cliffs of Scala dei Turchi (21km) and the Valley of the Temples near Agrigento (35km). To the north are the fishing port of Sciacca (39km) and Selinunte Archaeological Park (70km).
Siculiana has a 13km long coast line which is largely unspoiled with the protected Regional Nature Reserve established in the locality of Torre Salsa for its natural beauty and environmental interest. Siculiana Marina (14km), once an important settlement for maritime trade in the Mediterranean with a prominent commercial Marketplace emporium, is now a popular summer resort.
The ruins of the once-embattled Castello Chiaramonte, near the coast, is a prominent feature of the landscape. Within the city of Siculiana (15km), the Baroque church Santuario del Santissimo Crocifisso is a well-known landmark with revered Black Crucifix moved to the church in 1611 from the castle.
From Adler Resort, it is possible to visit The Valley of the Temples (34km) located just outside of Agrigento, arguably one of the most beautiful and historically interesting locations in Sicily, characterised by the remains of ten temples dating back to the 5th century BC and the Temple of Concordia being one of the best preserved temples of the Greek civilization today. It became part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1997 being one of the most outstanding examples of Greater Greece art and architecture and is one of the main attractions in Sicily as well as a national monument of Italy.
