The Accommodation

All of the 20 rooms at the Bucintoro Hotel face the San Marco Docks and are stylishly decorated. Each room has double/twin beds, telephone, WiFi, minibar, single sofa bed, satellite TV, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with a handheld shower attachment.

Additional hotel services include 24 hour reception, lift, concierge and porter service, internet point, laundry service, babysitting, bar, TV room and breakfast room (please note that some of these services incur an extra cost).

The Local Area

The Rialto, Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenehim Collection and the Lido of Venice, the home of the Film Festival, can be easily reached with by water shuttles that stop at the Arsenal. 

In addition to tourist sites, Hotel Bucintoro is located very near Castello, the most authentic district in Venice, which is still full of small neighborhood shops, cafes and typical bacari (Venetian osterias/wine bars).

A city like no other - 117 small islands located in the Venetian Lagoon and hosting marble palaces, the imposing Basilica di San Marco, multiple museums, churches, theatres and piazzas, charming back streets, home to many restaurants, separated by canals and connected with bridges. 

The whole city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it is not hard to see why! This floating city is a feast for the eyes and the mind and one of the most romantic destinations in the world.

Hotel Bucintoro is ideally located close to many of Venice's major sites, in particular St Mark's square. The hotel rooms are spacious and contemporary in style, most with wonderful views.
