The resort has 150 guest rooms arranged in white cottages on the ground and first floor. All rooms have en suite shower room, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with media streaming device, WiFi, safe, coffee and tea making facilities and a mini fridge (drinks on request, extra cost). Superior rooms also have a patio.

Restaurant Il Baglio  offers an international style buffet breakfast with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes, sweet and savoury.  Lunch and dinner are also buffet style with local and regional dishes (vegetarian menus and lactose and gluten free dishes to be agreed with the chef). There is a weekly menu with some themed evenings.

Grill & Pizzeria Timilia  (on reservation) serves lunch (extra cost) on the outside terrace serving grilled fish and meat dishes and dinner with a selection of Sicilian beers and pizzas made with a variety of flours cooked in a wood fired oven. 

Ossi di Seppia Beach Bar  is open at lunchtime (on reservation) offering cold dishes, grilled vegetables, snacks, ice cream and fresh fruit, open 9am - 7pm (also open to the public).

The Pool Bar  with table service, overlooks the pool and offers a late breakfast with traditional Sicilian granitas, lunchtime snacks, sandwiches and salads on the terrace and drinks throughout the day with live music on some evenings, open 8am - midnight.

Half Board includes: international breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Il Baglio (only mineral water and soft drinks included at dinner).
Full Board includes: international breakfast, lunch and dinner at Restaurant Il Baglio and lunch at the Beach Snack Bar Ossi di Seppia (drinks are excluded, except mineral water and soft drinks).

There is a 1,000m ² swimming pool with children's area and two swimming lanes and a sun terrace with sunbeds, parasols, deckchairs and tables.  

The resort offers a free shuttle service to the beach (1,400m) at scheduled times (between 9am - 7pm) where there are complimentary sunbeds and parasols (subject to availability, beach towels €2 per change), SUP, canoeing, aqua gym and kayaking available (extra cost). There is also a tennis court, 2 Padel courts, beach volleyball, beach tennis, an outdoor fitness area equipped with cardio and isotonic machines plus jogging paths. It is also possible to take part in fitness classes, holistic gym, yoga, pilates and Hiit Fit (on reservation). 

Every evening at the pool bar there is live music with a DJ set party once a week and shows in the amphitheatre twice a week and a silent cinema with headphones provided offering audio in a choice of languages.

There is a 24 hour reception offering resort and local information who can also propose cultural, art, food & wine excursions including Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. It is possible to visit Malta via the nearby port of Pozzallo (4km).

There is complimentary WiFi throughout the resort and parking available.

The spa area has a pool with heated salted water and Kneipp paths with jets of water to massage and stretch every part of the body. The Thalasso Space is extra cost (€12pppd, reservation required, no access to children under 12 years old). Beauty treatments are available (extra cost, paid locally).

The multilingual Children’s Club (3 - 8 years) is a area reserved for young guests with the idea of shared time respecting individual personalities in a stimulating, inclusive and tailor-made environment. There are many activities offered outside, on the beach, in the swimming pool and at the playground.  There is also meeting places inside, with a library corner and board games. The children can participate in creative activities, cooking with the choice and preparation of local recipes and the Kamishibai theatre offers an ancient Japanese method of telling stories through images and a practical botany corner to learn about sustainability and environmental protection. 

There are special lunch and dinner menus for the children and all the activities are supervised by the entertainment staff. There is a babysitting service available (extra cost).

For those who need to work whilst on holiday VOI can offer a private space to work in a quiet area of the resort with a desk, high speed internet, coffee maker and packed lunch delivered to room plus check in and check out flexibility (extra cost), common spaces to work and possibility of room cleaning at a pre-arranged time. The resort also provides scanning services, printing (limitations apply) and parcel collection and delivery services (extra cost).

The Smart Working package costs €7 per room per day, paid locally.

Sampieri is a typical Sicilian fishing village, just 2km from Marsa Sicla Resort, in the Province of Ragusa in south east Sicily with a lovely beach, good restaurants, small supermarket for essentials and friendly locals. Fornace Penn in Punta Pisciotto dominates the Sampieri coastline and is the famous location named Mannara in the Inspector Montalbano TV series.  

The closest big town is Scicli, 15km away and is one of the UNESCO listed Baroque towns of south east Sicily, but it is rather off-the-beaten-track compared with its more visited neighbours of Noto (40km), Ragusa (38km) and Modica (25km).  Like the other Baroque towns, Scicli has had a lot of restoration particularly Piazza Italia and Via Mormina Penna lined with churches and palazzi.
