Isla Verde is an exclusive complex of three 3 bedroom villas with lovely sea views, located 3km from the fishing village of Sampieri in the south east of Sicily. The villas share a pool set in lawned gardens, but each have their own private furnished terrace and garden area, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Sicilian countryside yet well placed to also visit the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa and Noto.

The Villa Accommodation

Arranged in lawned gardens and all built on one level, the three villas are rustic chic in design with unique and original furniture, pastel décor, natural fabrics and soft lighting.

All the villas have WiFi, ceiling fans, central heating, satellite TV, hairdryer and the kitchen has a hob with 5 gas burners, electric oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. For families with young children there is a cot and highchair.

Villa Carrubi: Interior 108m²; Villa Gelsi: Interior 115m²; Villa Ulivi: Interior 120m²

All with ground floor living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms and a furnished shaded terrace.

Each villa has its own independent entrance, private shaded terrace with barbecue, table, benches, deckchairs and external shower.

Isla Verde Villas are the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday along with sightseeing in this beautiful part of south eastern Sicily.

The attractive 3 bedroom villas are independent of each other for privacy but within the same grounds and will suit couples, friends and families.

This is a real oasis in the countryside with lovely gardens and shared pool with views to the sea. However, they are well located being just 3km from the beaches of Sampieri, yet Donnalucata and Marina di Modica are also within in easy reach by car providing a selection of beaches, shops and restaurants.

The baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa and Noto are well worth visiting.
