Lovely hotel - Excellent service all round - Staff very attentive and helpful. Rooms spotless - clean linen and towels when you needed them. Tea and Coffee Making facilities would have been a bonus in rooms. Dinner at Hotel was expensive and menus could be more innovative especially for Vegetarians. All in all though 5*. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Shuttle buses to the city were always on time. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Best position in the area - cannot understand why it is not a 5 star rated hotel.
