"Extremely accommodating, helpful, professional and excellent customer service. Despite the implications of operating due to Covid19, the hotel was exemplary in terms of sanitisers, temperature recording, face masks, social distancing, perspectives screens while serving food, cutlery in pre-prepared packs. Brilliant service from the Entertainments/Francesco team especially the sailing (Omar & Davide); tennis with Allesandro. The Sea Spirit Scuba diving centre were amazing and Alina delivered the advanced open water diving course in a professional and fun manner."
