Ortea Palace is a magnificent building from the early 1900's, which, for many years, housed the Syracuse Post Office.

Located in the ground floor lobby, there is a Sicilian style bistro offering traditional cuisine in a chic and elegant setting including pasta alla norma, Mediterranean tuna, buffalo stracciatella with red prawns from Mazara and tasting dishes that combine the best of Sicilian traditional cuisine with the creativity of the chef.

Terrace Incanto Restaurant available for private events with excellent service and enchanting views whilst enjoying sophisticated dishes and Sicilian specialities.

Ortea Palace is situated 250m from the Temple of Apollo and the old street market in the centre of Ortigia which is the old town of Syracuse connected to the modern town via a bridge which stretches across a narrow strip of sea.
